TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR TERMONT MONTRÉAL INC. CUSTOMER ACCESS PORTAL

The use of the Termont Montréal Inc. (Termont) Customer Access portal is subject to the general terms and conditions applicable to the Termont website as well as the additional terms and conditions found on this page. Please take a moment to review these terms and conditions.

Use of the Termont Customer Access portal is strictly for business purposes. If you are contemplating use other than for business purposes please do not proceed any further.

The Termont Customer Access portal provides a facility to make online credit card payments for services invoiced by Termont. The use of this facility is subject to the terms and conditions below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Termont accepts online payments using the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. Termont does not accept online payments by debit cards. You hereby acknowledge that the credit cards accepted by Termont for purposes of online payments may vary over time.

Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Termont\'s records. A payment is considered to have been made to Termont at the time Termont actually receives the funds from your credit card provider.

Termont, as well as the transaction number will appear on your credit card statement.

Your credit card payments will be securely processed directly by Moneris Solutions using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.

Transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars. If your credit card is denominated in another currency you may be charged a service fee by your credit card provider and/or the transaction will be converted into the currency associated to your credit card. Termont is not liable for any such charges or additional costs due to currency exchange.

Termont does not have access to your credit card details.

Confirmation:

If successful, Termont will confirm that your payment was completed.

If unsuccessful, Termont will advise that your payment has failed. Termont will not be advised of the reason for which payment has failed. Please contact your credit card provider to obtain details if this occurs. If your payment fails, you must use one of the other payment methods accepted by Termont to pay your invoice in a timely manner as per your agreement with Termont.

Termont will confirm your payment details via email.

Termont\'s Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
